Michael Stevens was amazing!! Very professional, very knowledgeable, came in and found the problem right away. Checked everything out just in case, fixed the problem and cleaned all his messes up like he was never here. Great with my dog like he was one of the family!!! Best service tech I’ve ever had!!!

We had a new water heater installed by Armor Air Spencer our service tech did not give up until he found a way to help us we are very greatful to him and the rest of the team at Armor Air and i cant forget Christian the hvac tech he came over to help and also did a tune up on the furnace that is great service. Wil be using you again and giving your name to others.

Took Tyler just a few minutes to diagnos the problem. I know with this heat wave all places are very busy fixing AC units so have to wait 1 more day to get ours fixed.

Friendly and personable. Presented options to repair my equipment along with recommendations for future upgrades. I was given adequate heads up that they needed to delay my scheduled time and Tyler called when on his way.

Tyler was great! I was unable to physically be at my house when he came for the inspection and my boyfriend was there. Tyler did a great job talking me through my options on the phone while explaining everything to my boyfriend as well! I am very please and will definitely use him again!!!

Amazing work! (Unfortunately we don’t remember the names of the techs that did the job) but absolutely no complaints at all!! they were able to do installation next day after we called and installed us a whole new system (outdoor ac unit and furnace) in only a few hours! They were nice, and informative and explained everything clearly to my boyfriend and I! They cleaned up after themselves and over all good experience and for a good price! Thank you guys! It feels good to have A/C again!! We will definitely stick with armor air!!

Freddie provided excellent service all around. He arrived at his estimated time. He inspection of my HVAC system was thorough and he carefully explained everything to me. He seemed to be genuinely committed to providing accurate information and less concerned about selling me something.

Tim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our coil was rusted and causing us to be very low on refrigerant. He sold us a new system at a reasonable price. Install crew, Chad and Shaun showed up to install the system within the next couple of hours. They got the job done quickly. They made great use of the limited space available for the inside equipment. They were very respectful of our home and property. After they were gone, the only way to tell they were even here is that our house started cooling back down rapidly.

Tyler came out for the $49 service on our AC to make sure it was running properly, he was excellent! While there wasn’t much that could be done to service the unit because it’s old and needs replaced and was installed before he was even alive he did the test, walked us through everything needed and found the best possible quote to replace our furnace and Ac!

Very good experience, Nick, who I was in contact with, was very courteous & professional. Did an excellent job replacing water heater and installing water softener. Only problem had small rip on my floor. Hopefully they will take care of it. From my experience would recommend Armor Air to anybody. Thanks again Nick for your knowledge & job well done .

Armor air and Freddie are my new go to guys prices are really fair the work he did goes above the standard and they offer a veteran discount which is huge and they even say hey man I can save you more money doing it this way so I really appreciate how fast you all showed up and how fast u fixed the problem no extra trying to sell bs that people don’t need or will ever use

Great company. Everyone was very kind and professional. Did a great job. Here we are a 5 years in. They have continued to be right there if i need anything. Their plumbing service is great too. Would recommend them 100%! Today Michael installed an air purification system. Very neat job and I can already tell a difference! They continue to take great care of me! Today Tyler came out. Super nice guy. Did a great job, real plus to your great team. Freddie is also great. Came out for a minor repair, very nice and was done quickly.

Armor air did a fantastic job. I've checking out my a c system. Tyler was very thorough and show me some issues with my system. I am not an AC man, but I do no electricity. Hot spots on a circuit board is not a good thing. Repairs are scheduled to be made. Thank you Tyler for your due diligence.

Freddie did an awesome job! He was very professional. He also explained everything to my husband and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He also made sure my husband understood what was going on and made great recommendations for our furnace and AC unit.
