Professional and thirough

Richard came to do a tune-up of our HVAC system and they were very knowledgeable. Very friendly and explained everything about how the system works, and made some suggestions to keep the ducts clean. Would definitely recommend the company, always a good experience.

Armor Air was recommended to me by Erik Longenecker. I had been making excuses to not have anyone come out because of money, but I finally broke down and made an appointment since winter is coming. And I'm glad I did. Shawn came by to do a furnace tune-up today. I knew that we had been having some issues with the furnace kicking on during the winter, so it seemed like a good idea to get it checked out. Shawn was able to determine what the problem was. He took the time to explain to me and show me exactly what the problem was, and what would need to be done to fix it. I am very greatful for the time, effort and professionalism that I was shown today.

Levi did a great job installing the tankless water heater, laundry tub and updating plumbing under the house. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was always willing to answer any questions we had.

Jamie Robertson, owner of Armor Air, donated a brand new HVAC system with installation to one of Cardinal Ritter’s fundraisers and we were the winning bidders. Most companies will sell and drive profits which is important, but few companies will donate something so large and impactful. The installers, Austin and Shaun, were kind and compassionate, and discussed all the questions we had during the installation process. We were so thankful that they took our family’s 1990’s system into the twenty-first century with quality equipment and impeccable service.
