I had a great experience with the technician who came out to inspect my furnace and the two technicians who installed the motor on my furnace. The person who performed the inspection was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained what he was doing then took the time to show me the issues with my furnace. He also gave me a call back number to ensure the installers showed up timely to replace the motor.
