Our furnace and air conditioning system had not worked in over two years, but Tyler found the problem immediately and had our heat back on in less than a half hour. I really liked that he let me watch as he inspected everything, and that he took time to explain what he was doing providing answers to all of my questions. Our HVAC system was old: the air conditioner was leaking all over the furnace, the furnace had rust all over it, and Tyler found a crack in our water heater with water leaking everywhere. Tyler explained all of our options providing us multiple progressive quotes. Even though Tyler had already repaired the heater, we decided to replace everything. Armor Air had 4 trucks and 4 techs at our house at 8am the next day, and Jordan, Chad, John, and John had our new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and thermostat installed in under 6 hours.
