Jamie Robertson, owner of Armor Air, donated a brand new HVAC system with installation to one of Cardinal Ritter’s fundraisers and we were the winning bidders. Most companies will sell and drive profits which is important, but few companies will donate something so large and impactful. The installers, Austin and Shaun, were kind and compassionate, and discussed all the questions we had during the installation process. We were so thankful that they took our family’s 1990’s system into the twenty-first century with quality equipment and impeccable service. Armor came highly recommended a truly honest company and available When some major complications appeared. Robert took pictures of everything internally on my HVAC systems and did a video explaining things that will need to be done and or how things looked internally. Excellent idea I feel that this is a step above. Also need to add to this review that we had a gas leak prior to Robert **** and Armor sent out John to assess the situation. The small gas leak was by our grill and the gas company Said that there was still a small leak somewhere within our house So we needed to hire a plumber to figure out where it was. 14 hours later, two days Of John and Levi trying to figure out along with Five holes cut into my bulkhead ceiling in the lower Level of my home. No gas for two days which means no hot water not able to cook, etc. With all the Work they did they finally came to a conclusion that the gas company missed The leak on the meter that belongs to them. Thankfully, John and Levi did not give up on trying to figure this out. We called the gas company told them what transpired. A mishap of their own employee. He did an excellent job on inspection on my water heater, after he flushed water heater, he inspected my bathroom and kitchen sink and he did go over a couple things that I might need to replace due to corrosion found on kitchen faucet and kitchen sink drain, and was gonna give me a quote, but I'll have my uncle come out fix that for me, and I highly recommend this guy and he did and excellent job on my water heater. THANKS AGAIN!

This wasn't a "piece-of-cake" easy job, but these 2 men did a great job. They showed us the video of the pipe after it was cleaned so we could easily see what the problem is with our sewer pipe. Very professional.

Really appreciate the level of service and personalization that we get from Armor Air. They have great communication, are very thorough, and always give us lots of information without pressing us to spend more money. Office staff is friendly and techs are polite and conscientious about working in our home. They are very good about reminding us of seasonal service, and letting us know when they will arrive.
