Love working with Armor Air. Did an update to the thermostat app and it quit working. New HVAC system is functioning fine, there is something wrong with the app itself. Tech Robert Reynolds was here and was super helpful. Still waiting on resolution.

Great local company that stands by their commitment to their customers, every time. I've been a customer for 4 years (and had a range of work performed by them) and will remain one, because these folks back up the work they do. Edited Aug 2025 to add - Still a customer and wanted to specifically shout out Ryan, who recently did a plumbing inspection and repair for me. He was down-to-earth and honest for both visits, answering questions and explaining things, and I wholeheartedly appreciate dealing with a service technician that keeps it forthright and candid.

Armor Air installed and replaced the water softener, RO system, and removed and installed 2 bidet toilets. It did take 2 days to complete, but it was worth every penny. They took all the packing, cardboard, and cleaned up all 3 areas. I strongly recommend Armor Air for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

I needed an ac unit replaced as my previous one was failing to keep up with the heat and the unit needed replaced. The team at Armor Air was able to come out and evaluate the system within 24 hours and the next day I had a new ac unit at a reasonable price for the unit I requested. Some key things to note about working with Armor Air. 1. They offer a range of pricing options for brands and quality tiers of ac units and their sales representatives are knowledgeable and able to have candid discussions on what is appropriate for the property tailored to your preference. If you are looking for a budget, mid tier, or high end system, they gave reasonable quotes and did not try and upsell me. I requested a specific brand and they accommodated, and they even took into consideration coolant changes that can happen in the industry did their diligence to make sure my coolant could easily be refilled in the future (to the best of their ability). 2. They stand behind their work and if there is an issue with install or function of the unit or the system they respond promptly and act quickly to make it right. 3. Everyone I interacted with at the company was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. 4. They left zero mess, contained any construction dust, etc, and the areas they worked in were actually a little cleaner after they had finished working than it was before they started. 5. They do their best to accommodate any needs you may have. In our case we brought home a newborn and our unit failed the day we got home from the hospital, and they prioritized our install given our situation. In addition, I was so happy with my initial experience of the ac unit installation that I rehired them to expand some return ducting for better airflow in a section of my house that had chronically been hard to control the temperature. Again, prompt service and good job with installation. I want to reiterate they have fantastic follow-through and customer service. If there are any issues during or after the work they perform for you, then they will make things right. It is refreshing to find a company that is offering reasonable prices and amazing customer service, and I would highly recommend armor air for any work you need from my experience with them. 5 stars! Armor Air is awesome! Matt and I had a technician come out to perform a tune-up and assess our furnace and air conditioner at the end of July. Robbie was our technician, and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us understand what we can do to help keep our home air clean and healthy. We have a little girl at home, so making sure we are keeping things comfortable is a priority, and Armor Air will be our go-to for all our home needs. Thank you!
