Richard came to do a tune-up of our HVAC system and they were very knowledgeable. Very friendly and explained everything about how the system works, and made some suggestions to keep the ducts clean. Would definitely recommend the company, always a good experience.

Armor Air was recommended to me by Erik Longenecker. I had been making excuses to not have anyone come out because of money, but I finally broke down and made an appointment since winter is coming. And I'm glad I did. Shawn came by to do a furnace tune-up today. I knew that we had been having some issues with the furnace kicking on during the winter, so it seemed like a good idea to get it checked out. Shawn was able to determine what the problem was. He took the time to explain to me and show me exactly what the problem was, and what would need to be done to fix it. I am very greatful for the time, effort and professionalism that I was shown today.

Robbie was my tech and he went above and beyond—he recorded a video walking me through his review so I could actually see what he was talking about. Levi did a great job installing the tankless water heater, laundry tub and updating plumbing under the house. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was always willing to answer any questions we had.

Jamie Robertson, owner of Armor Air, donated a brand new HVAC system with installation to one of Cardinal Ritter’s fundraisers and we were the winning bidders. Most companies will sell and drive profits which is important, but few companies will donate something so large and impactful. The installers, Austin and Shaun, were kind and compassionate, and discussed all the questions we had during the installation process. We were so thankful that they took our family’s 1990’s system into the twenty-first century with quality equipment and impeccable service. Robert was very good at what he does, and very professional

Armor came highly recommended a truly honest company and available When some major complications appeared. Robert took pictures of everything internally on my HVAC systems and did a video explaining things that will need to be done and or how things looked internally. Excellent idea I feel that this is a step above. Also need to add to this review that we had a gas leak prior to Robert **** and Armor sent out John to assess the situation. The small gas leak was by our grill and the gas company Said that there was still a small leak somewhere within our house So we needed to hire a plumber to figure out where it was. 14 hours later, two days Of John and Levi trying to figure out along with Five holes cut into my bulkhead ceiling in the lower Level of my home. No gas for two days which means no hot water not able to cook, etc. With all the Work they did they finally came to a conclusion that the gas company missed The leak on the meter that belongs to them. Thankfully, John and Levi did not give up on trying to figure this out. We called the gas company told them what transpired. A mishap of their own employee. Such a great group of guys that I got to meet through this whole process. Thanks Armor for all your help and not giving up Thanks, Robert. John & Levi
